coming from a single plot of land cultivated to Freisa which is located in the municipality of Roddi. The calcareous soil, with a balanced presence of clay, silt and sand, is geologically attributable to the laminated fossil Marls of Sant’Agata. The altitude is 270 meters while the exposure is full south.
